What We Do

Our business practice focuses on the representation of regional businesses, family businesses, wealthy individuals, startups, and first-time business owners. We assist with entity formation and capitalization and provide both counsel on entity governance issues and entity maintenance services. For many of our business clients that do not have in-house attorneys, we act as “outside” general counsel, providing legal input on myriad issues that they encounter, including contractual matters, employment matters, and succession issues. We also assist our clients in acquiring and selling businesses and effecting third-party financing transactions. We work closely with our clients to identify their goals and provide strategic and creative solutions to meet those goals.
