Primary Focus & Experience
Jessie works with private developers on land use and permitting issues throughout the state of Washington, with a specific focus on complex projects within complicated urban jurisdictions. In her twenty years practicing law, Jessie has made it her job to know all the right people. She has cultivated relationships throughout the industry and across a broad spectrum, including city officials, legislators, developers, and other decision makers. Her depth of contacts throughout the region allow for efficient and successful client engagements.
Jessie's work with clients has resulted in the permitting of tens of thousands of multifamily units, several million square feet of Class A office, and thousands of hotel rooms. She has helped her clients navigate the complexities of city building codes, regulatory statutes and other hurdles in order to bring their projects to a successful completion.
Jessie is actively involved in the communities in which she lives and works, including volunteering for Mary's Place and serving on various boards and committees, including board positions for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
